Steven has conducted in excess of 150 searches in the Life Sciences sector. He has managed Staffing, Compensation and Human Resource functions in Research, Manufacturing and Corporate environments working for Rorer Group, Inc., FMC Corporation and Shell Oil Company. Steven has also had Labor Relations experience with responsibilities for grievance handling, arbitration, and negotiations for an 1800 employee oil refinery. Steven has an MS in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Nancy L. Kelly Principal Nancy joined Caliber Associates with more than 15 years of experience in executive search. Prior, she was a key member of Heidrick & Struggles Life Sciences Practice from 1998 until 2005. The majority of Nancy’s work was for large pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, with assignments ranging from Director to CEO. She has recruited in all functional areas, including key leadership positions in Research and Development, Marketing and Sales, and Corporate. During part of her tenure at Heidrick, she held an additional post of Associate Director of the Philadelphia Office. Nancy’s previous executive search background includes Spencer Stuart where she recruited in the financial services and in functional areas of Marketing and Human Resources. She began her career in search at a regional boutique firm specializing in physician search. Prior, she worked in marketing in healthcare services. A native of Philadelphia, Nancy holds a BS degree in Marketing/Health Administration and an MBA from La Salle University. Patricia Riley Executive Search Consultant Patricia brings over 20 years experience in the executive search industry and the legal regulatory industry. At Spencer Stuart, Patricia conducted a variety of executive level searches in the Life Sciences sector as well as the Consumer Goods, Logistics and the Financial Services industries. Patricia began her career at Drinker, Biddle & Reath where she managed over 300 health cases. In the Healthcare industry, Patricia worked for Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and Independence Blue Cross. Patricia’s experiences include extensive research in compliance issues related to unfair trade practices requiring contact with regulatory bodies throughout the United States. Patricia also has experience in health care provider contracting and was the front line communicator with the Pennsylvania Attorney General for grievance handling. Patricia has a BS in History and English from the University of Rhode Island. JULIANA MOZI Administrative Manager Juliana has over thirteen years of experience working for a global pharmaceutical company supporting Human Resources in an R&D environment. During this time period she worked exclusively with senior management for recruitment of international executives. The most recent five years Juliana worked specifically in the areas of Professional and Organizational Development. She is committed to seamless teamwork and excellent client service.
