Vice President, Medical Affairs A Northeastern midsize biopharmaceutical company focused on CNS and Oncology seeks a Vice President of Medical Affairs. This position will oversee all post-marketing activities which involves working closely with sales, marketing, business development, regulatory affairs and clinical research internally and regulatory authorities, practitioners, key thought leaders and patients externally. This position will oversee initiation and execution of post-marketing studies and serve as key liaison with the medical community. This position is also responsible for the professional services, scientific service functions and the conduct of all Phase IV clinical programs. Successful candidate will possess a M.D. with Board Certification in CNS or Oncology preferred. A minimum of 8 - 12 years of industry experience with a focus on post-marketing clinical development, medical affairs and a successful record of building relationships with key opinion leaders. Strong management skills and the ability to lead an organization are critical. Outstanding communication skills are essential. [ back ]
