Senior Director of Medical Affairs
The Senior Director of Medical
Affairs for this leading healthcare company located in California will be responsible
for overseeing all post-marketing activities for product portfolio. This
position will be responsible for adverse event reporting, the initiation and
execution of post-marketing studies, communicating and serving as a key
liaison with the medical community and ensuring all matters pertaining to the
company’s products from a medical standpoint are being effectively addressed.
This position will report to the V.P. of Clinical Research and Regulatory
Affairs. The successful candidate will possess
the following: �.
An M.D. with a specialty in internal medicine, pediatrics,
or endocrinology or alternatively, a Ph.D. , Pharm. D. or RN who is a
certified diabetes educator �.
A strong background in diabetes �.
An exposure to the medical device/diagnostic industry �.
Knowledge of FDA regulations �.
Solid experience in the design and conduct of
post-marketing clinical trials �.
A record of developing successful relationships with
