Vice President of Finance A Northeast-based mid-size biotechnology company with a focused mission to discover, develop and market innovative products to treat neurological disorders is looking to fill a Vice President of Finance position. The position will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, deal analysis and interaction with the appropriate external parties. This will include managing all corporate financial functions including accounting, reporting systems, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success leading an organization through all stages of financial activities with a particular emphasis on forming strategic alliances, SEC reporting and interactions with the investment community. A Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and a CPA are mandatory. An MBA degree is preferred. [ back ]
