Director,
Clinical Data Management The Director of Clinical Management for
this East Coast based company, will be responsible for providing direction,
project planning, coordination and completion of all data management aspects
for the company's clinical research projects, according to FDA regulations
and internal policies. The company is focused on developing innovative
therapeutic and prophylactic products. The successful candidate will be
principally accountable for providing ongoing data management supervision for
clinical studies in progress, direct the design, and implementation of all
data management systems process and manage relationships with CRO’s and other
contractors and consultants. The successful candidate will possess: . M.S. degree in the life sciences, information
systems, or business. . Significant pharmaceutical industry experience (5-7
years). At least five years of prior clinical drug development experience
with responsibility for all data management activities on clinical studies. .
Knowledge of
FDA regulations, basic statistical procedures, and budgetary management.
Familiarity with the preparation of INDs, NDAs, PLAs, and other appropriate
regulatory documentation. . Significant experience and understanding of
computer technology as it relates to clinical research and data management. . Customer focus: Understands and meets the needs of
internal and external customers; builds confidence and trust, and maintains
