Eastern Regional Director, Sales The Eastern Regional Director of Sales for
this Southern California based client will be responsible for managing one of
three geographic territories within the U.S. The Regional Directors will be
responsible for building, developing and directing an acute
care/institutional based specialty sales force. The Regional Directors will
develop strategies for achieving penetration and growth for the antibiotic
product line and will assess sales and market potential to establish accurate
sales forecasts. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record developing and motivating a sales force, with strong experience in sales training, market planning or product development in a corporate role. A Bachelor's degree in science or business is required as is experience in the antibiotic product market; an advanced degree is a plus. [ back ]
