Director, Managed Care Operations The Director of Managed Care Operations
for a Southern California pharmaceutical company will direct a Regional Area
Manager sales organization that is fully capable of achieving maximum
business potential. This will include developing managed care objectives and
sales strategies that are fully consistent with the achievement of overall
regional strategies and objectives. The Director will be responsible for
developing and executing strategies for achieving maximum market growth
penetration and growth in targeted non-retail market segments. The successful candidate will have a bachelor¹s degree in science or business; an advanced degree is a plus with seven to ten years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience with five years experience in the managed care environment. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience is essential. Experience and knowledge of the IV antibiotic and respiratory therapeutic areas are a plus. [ back ]
