Project Director - CNS The Project Director for CNS Programs for a Northeastern company will be responsible for leading and managing drug development projects to successful development, registration and market introduction of novel, innovative pharmaceutical products. This individual will work closely with Senior Management to determine project strategies and with internal and external groups to resource and implement all aspects of a drug delivery project. The Director will set strategies and implement operating plans for the organization and be responsible for the overall project budget. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in the life sciences; a Ph.D. and/or MBA would be a plus. As well the successful individual will have 5-10 years solid scientific background in pharmaceutical drug development with at least five years of experience in a project management function, and have a past record of achievement in leading and managing project teams and product development with a thorough understanding of the drug development process at a strategic level.
