Director, Clinical Pharmacology The Director of Clinical Pharmacology for this New England client will be responsible for providing scientific direction for all clinical projects and project teams in the area of human pharmacology, conducting, as appropriate, studies in pharmacokinetics (including absorption, bioavailability, distribution, protein binding, metabolism, elimination and drug-drug interactions) and pharmacodynamics. This includes support of IND, NDA and PLA preparation. The individual will review the scientific and technical validity of pre-clinical and clinical study results, and assist in the writing of comprehensive reports. The incumbent will ensure that studies are completed in compliance with the requirements of our client, its external partners, and the FDA. The ideal candidate will have an M.D. or Ph.D. with prior clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting is required. Experience/training in urology, nephrology, neurology or internal medicine is preferred, as well as significant pharmaceutical industry experience (5-7 years) in human clinical pharmacology. [ back ]
