Director of Sales Force Development and Planning The Director of Sales Force Development and Planning for this emerging pharmaceutical company in the Northeast will be responsible for creating and executing sales training, development strategies and programs to ensure the successful launch of new products, as well as continued growth of the sales force. This position will support the long-term growth of the organization by developing and implementing sales force recruiting and deployment plans. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of pharmaceutical sales experience with five years of management experience.
